We collect your information only with your consent; we only collect the minimum amount of personal information that is necessary to fulfill the purpose of your interaction with us; we do not sell it to third parties and we only use it as this Privacy Statement describes.

If you're just browsing the website, we collect the same basic information that most websites collect.  We use common internet technologies ,such as cookies and web server logs.  This is stuff we collect from everybody, whether they register for our newsletter, an event or training session, or just visit the website. 

We collect this information to better understand how our visitors are interacting with our website ,as well as monitor and protect the security of the website.

If you register for our newsletter or any type of training session/event, we require some basic information.  You will be asked to provide a valid email account as well as a mobile number that accepts calls and text messages as we will utilize this information to provide you with any updates relevant to GymRatz Basketball Services that may be of interest or effect a purchase you may have made. (i.e. Cancellations, Change of Times/Dates/Locations, related services you may be interested in based on your purchase etc.)

Again, by signing up for our newsletter or registering for one of our services, you are agreeing that we are able to use this information to communicate with you in regards to your subscription, the service you registered for and/or other related information relevant to GymRatz Performance, your event and your subscription.  You have the option to unsubscribe to any of GymRatz Communication Platforms at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button in any of the emails you may receive or replying "stop" to any of the text messages you may receive.
